Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your IoT Parrot subscription at any time from your account page or by contacting support@iotparrot.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. After that, no further charges will be made and your account moves to the Free tier.

You will not lose access to features mid-period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid subscription, we will refund your purchase in full. To request a refund, email billing@iotparrot.com within 14 days of your initial subscription.

This guarantee applies once per account, to your first paid subscription only — it does not cover later renewals or upgrades to higher tiers.

3. Recurring Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods or unused time outside the 14-day window above, except where required by law or in cases of billing error.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@iotparrot.com and we'll work with you to resolve it promptly.

4. Plan Changes

Upgrading takes effect immediately and is pro-rated — you'll be charged the difference for the remainder of your current period.

Downgrading takes effect at your next billing date. You keep your current tier's features and limits through the end of the period you've already paid for.

5. Free Tier

The Free tier is, of course, free — no cancellation needed. You can stop using IoT Parrot at any time. If you'd like to delete your account and all associated data, contact support@iotparrot.com.
